“We have a custom built house from the 1960's which is now to be sold. A house this old needed a fair amount of interior painting and repairs… Luigi came out and assessed everything from pulling down the old wallpaper to painting the air vents. While this is a residence, one of the rooms had a 20' ft cathedral ceiling. There was a lot of cleanup work then the final coats of paint needed. Ferraro did a top flight job and even covered all the corners in the ceiling. They even added some vinyl base to complete the project. We had an exterior railing that needed painting as well as sanding down (the metal).
We were quite happy with the workmanship and timing. The room looks as new as it did in 1960. See you guys on the next project.”
